cant link youtube videos version 7.0.9

when i try to link youtube videos in the videos addon i allways got the same mesage "Video Upload Failed (video error) im using this example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P40FCDFFkg4 i have read that the ffmpeg.exe file may be the problem but it looks like its ok near 10 Mb of size, tryed with 755 and 777 propieties what im doing wrong, since nobody more is complaining tks in advance
