cannot connect to RMS error in Ray Free

I am using Ray free

Config settings are:

site address is set to skidpics.com

use RMS is checked

Server setting is: rms.boonex.com

RMS port is 10000

RMS http port is 10080

When I try to set to default and check RMS enabled,

it tells me cannot connect.  Been having problems with music and video uploads due o them just stopping.

I suppose I am not really sure what the RMS does.  Would this cause a problem with video and music uploads if it doesn't connect?

Are the port numbers correct?

Do I need to be registered in the RMS database?

boonex rms is mostly not working...

and no if you not using the video or audio stream you don't need to connect to a rms server. 
If you want to have videochat and audio live stream then you need or your own rms server or have a account from a rms hosting
