can anyone help please

I have translated the languge  to  my  forign language which is arabic , but  ifound  some problems  i need help to solve  them :
1- problem in  changing the direction  of  the  language from  right to  left . also  the diriction of blocks  ( the hole web site)
2- Problem in writing  the registrating  with arabic language .
3- Problem in writing in forms from  right to  left .
Can  you  pleas  tell me  how  to  do  all that  or  you tell  me  what  are  the files  in  the  script which  need to  change .
