cPanel issue

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this so forgive me if its wrong,

I have just moved over to Mozilla Firefox web browser. The prob I am having only exists with this browser.

When I log into cpanel I  to get in OK but all the graphics and images are disabled. That is to say I only see text.

If i click on a link I am redirected back to the login. When I login again i get the same thing......Text only. Again if I click on a link I am sent back to the login box thus going round in circles.

If I right click and select show images, again I am sent to the login box but this time if I re-login i get a message saying my ip has change and to log in again. When I do this I am just directed to the login box with the same message.

I feel this is a Firefox issue but cant find any options to stop this happening.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give.  I could go back to my old browser but I have different issues with that.

Thanks Laughing

Someone here might have the answer but I can't help but think you would be better off either going to the Cpanel support site or a Firefox forum. If you have Cpanel that means you have a license which comes with support directly from Cpanel.

I came up against this issue once when I was helping someone.  The cPanel URL they gave me resulted in text only and the same problems you see.  I figured out the correct way to access the cPanel and it loaded correctly.  So it could be the URL you are using to enter the control panel.
