There could be many reasons why a developer isn't responding:

- Busy

- Vacation

- Sick

- No longer around

- Simply ignoring emails

I would suggest that you DO NOT buy modules if you have questions that have not yet been answered by the developer. Some developers have a demo site where you can go and test their modules as well. This should be listed in the description of the Market item.

As for 'money back' - Well that depends. You cannot request a refund just because you 'don't want it anymore'. The reason is that you download the module from the market once it's paid for. So you have the module at your disposal. Whether you want to use it or not is up to you. If the product is NOT working as described in the market, then you can contact the developer and have them fix it. If the developer refuses, then a refund is justified.

Something else to keep in mind when buying modules. It's impossible for a developer to 'guarantee' that the module will work with any/all/other 3rd party module(s) you may have purchased from the market.
