broken links for add feedback

Hi,

I found a error only in french, in the feedback box,

When i click on a member and want to add a comment, i can in english the box appear, but in french, the box don't appear and recharge the same page.

this is the link in english who is ok

and in french i don't have the name of the pseudo only this

Where can i change this please ?
