blocked by anti-virus.

I know that for some reason my site has been blocked by avaste and another anti-virus software. I also know that there is NO virus on either the site or the server.

I am losing a LOT of business with potential users telling me that they can not connect to the site.

Any Ideas on what could be don or courses of action will be greatly appreciated.

Bump.... Thanks Prashank25. I will get onto it, but I need to understand why this has happened.

I did hear that it had somethingt o do with my broadcaster module but I can not see that happening.

All I know is that it is costing me members every day. Yesterday alone 4 new members wanted to join but contacted me and said that they were either unable to get to the site or that they had fears of a virus.... this is killing my site in a huge way....

Does anyone out there have any further information on what is causing this so atlerast I am armed with something when I eventualy get hold of a person and not a robot at Avaste????

I know its very bad for any site and it hurts more when you know your site is absolutely fine. Well i think these antivirus companies block your domain. Maybe in the past someday they got reports by someone of virus and they blocked your domain. If you contact them they will check your site for virus and probably will remove your site from their blocked list. Ya i know it will not be easy to contact them but you have to keep trying just mail them everyday...lol

so much to do....

I couldn't log onto boonex.com from my work computer for over a month thanks to Mcafee. I filled out the false positive form about 15 times but they didn't seem to care.
