the avatar still did not work smooth. all the pictures i upload get black Avatars!
and it is will be nice if user could be hide picture in is profile, some users they discreet ...

sorry but it is sould not work like that. i'm never see thing like that when you want upload main picture for profile and it is so much complicated
to imagine to oneself normal user like my Mum or anyone, they will never know how to understand picture

i'm sorry, but which "area" they tallk about in the link you give?
(When user uploads avatar and doesn't select any area and press 'add avatar' button it saves black avatar, it this case whole square avatar need to be saved.)
