as admin need to view private pics and photo albums

as admin how do i view the private pics and photo albums to ensure there is no nudity or illegal material. 

I am not running a porn site and I wish to keep all nudity away from my website even in private albums.

Go into your Admin Panel > Modules > Photos - you can see all photos there if you need. You also have the option to choose that photo and delete it.

You may want to considder this mod too... it is VERY useful for keeping an eye on things and for helping out your users when they get stuck.
