article sort

Does anyone know how to change the sequence in which "article Category" is displayed? Right now, it is displayed in the order in which it was created. What if I want to display it in alphabetic order?

Same question for articles within a category. Currently, it lists by creation date. How do I change it so its lists in alphabetic order?
