api yelp.com integration for dolphin

I am trying to build a food site on dolphin 7, and was looking for a coder to integrate Yelp searches and integrate the dolphin user accts to yelp so they can comment and post inside myside seemlessly.  The main feature I want to embed/integrate from yelp is  search so someone can look for pizza in new york city, or chinese food in las vegas...etc
