i was told that i need to change my browser to firefox cause of issues with the new dolphin upgrade and internet explorer? has anyone heard aboyt this or experienced this problem? i'm not able to edit or save pages in my page builder.

yes you were given good information. there are some issues with IE and the admin panel of dolphin. you have to develop and design for cross platform, but you need to use FF for your admin panel.
