allow users to add articles

I want to allow users to add articles, but I do not see this action in Membership levels. How to do that?

 I only need to add 1 feature, to allow the users to add articles, nothing more. That's why I don't want to use the market module for that.

Older discussions insisted that 7.2 was going to have admin control.  Not only could you designate admins you could define what portions of the admin they could access and the permissions they could do while they were there.  For example, I could allow admin access to the article creation only and grant permission to create only so that they couldn't delete all your stuff.  That never happened but maybe its still on some sort of distant horizion.  I think that horizion is so distant that you should buy one of those mods unless you possess the knowledge to create this feature yourself. I myself do not. I will be getting one of these 2 mods soon.  Take the other features as a perk that come with accomplishing what it is you need to do.
