I need to know how to edit my php.ini or even find it.

You can create a new file called php.ini (.ini is the extension, don't save it as "php.ini.txt," for example) with the following contents:

[PHP]

allow_url_include = Off

Put this file in the root directory of your installation.  You might have to put this in more directories, however the server works.

Your host has cPanel, so you might be able to edit the PHP configuration from there.  Look for some PHP-related options on cPanel.
