allow_url_include is On Warning when Install 7.3.5

Hi, I'm getting the following error when trying to install Dolphin Boonex 7.5.3...

"allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in the Off state, or your site will be unsafe)"

I tried resolving this by turning OFF the "allow_url_include" in the install/index.php file but with no avail.

That's the wrong place.

It needs to be turned off in PHP.INI on your server. It should be set to Off.

If you're using a shared server, you may be able to ask your host,  or maybe set it in .htaccess. I'm not sure about the latter.
