after install empty /lang folder

Hello

I installed dolphine 7.1 beta1. after the installation i have a empty /lang folder.

So i copy the language file from the admin and it works, but shows only the admin main menu without the modules.

how i install this modul language files?

It looks like installation process haven't completed properly. 

Now you need to make sure that the lang file you copied has writable permission.

You can install modules from Admin Panel -> Modules -> Add & Manage.

Please note: since installation process hasn't completed properly - it maybe other problems in the script, so it is better to install Dolphin from the scratch and complete the installation.

i check now manually the access rights of all folders because the installer everything has shown good
