You have a few choices for adding adsense.  You can add banners in the admin panel, through the banner manager.  Just paste your adsense code into the  *Banner Text (HTML Only), box.  I usually like to put HTML center tags in with the adsense code <center>adsense code </center>.  Make sure to check the active box.

OR you can create a custom HTML block in your page builder and insert your adsense code.  I would recommend in most cases that you also go to your database and give the entry a designbox0.

Or you can place it directly into the page html code.  Really depends on the effect you are trying to achieve.  Most likely you will use the Banner manager.
