ads. home page block. glitches need fixin

ok the one box for ads is acting up.

I try it on my main server it works fine (firefox)

i try it on my laptop and the picture have vanished (firefox) (chrome)

i try it on my playstation 3 and the text is right beside the pictures.(default browser)

yes i have cleared the cache and the cleared all the data out of the browsers.

rebooted and still the same problem with that one block

I thought it may have been with the edit i had to do with the alt template. copying over a directory that was missing from d7.1beta but i have tried it with uni template as well.. that's about the extent of my messing with the code. still testing it.. what a procedure.
