how do i create an administrator
my host is hostforweb and they are unable to do anything so far its been more than 24hrs and my host cannot create a new profile and give it administration powers.

Yes, best way is to go into the database; you can use phpMyAdmin or similar through your control panel, and then go to the user that you want to be admin (which I guess might be you) and set the field "role" to 3. Easy Peasy. Geeks, making the world a better place |
