admin fresh approach

please make admin panel default to last member who joined with a whole profile that looks like there regular profile but in and editable mode......... to move back and forward through members by date joined with <> buttons would be awesome.........this actually turns out to be by member number that you are also moving back and forth through the members............DATING site admin panels are a night mare.........and of course a search at the top by member number or by all search
