adding music to opening index page

Is it possible to add music to the main index page so that it plays once when the window opens? I would like to place a Halloween message on site to greet all who enter. This is Dolphin 6.1.6

I figured it out,just add the background music code to your footer.html file in /templates/base/_footer.html
