adding java code to html block

hello, im trying to use the page builder and make a page which will contain a java code from my telegram page.

but tinymce  keeps stripping the code, even when I place the code within the code tags. what is the latest fix so I can create pages with javascripts

OK, Java isn't Javascript. You can add javascript in a block.  Use the text block which is name wrongly.  The text block is actually a block without the TinyMCE editor which will take javascript and html markup as well.  Since it does not have the TinyMCE editor, the editor won't strip out the code.
