adding fields for descriptions

hi all can you tell me if there is an addon for putting in extra fields

ie height, build, married, single etc etc with selectable fields?

Hi Steve,

If you goto fields builder in your builders plug in.  Drag new item to where you want the question. Open it and filling the details

You will also need to create Predefined Values in Admin -> Settings -> Predefinied Values -> Create New for each of these items. 

Once that is done (this is the list of responses that are acceptable) then drag New Item to the proper section as Digial Directory stated and go to the advanced tab and enter:

#!height (that would be for your heigt list, note you need to put the #! in front of whatever you named the list) in the "Possible Values" section.
