adding blocks to accont page

Say i want to add the FEATURED MEMBERS block to account page or a few blocks that arent listed on the account page, how does one go about doing that?

For the most part you don't.

Some block types(Very Few) of type PHP, RSS and Echo(Html) can be copied either manually via the database or using my block tools mod. And most of those will work. (But not all)

However. over 80% of all dolphins default blocks are classified as Special Blocks. In other words they are page specific and rely on code existing within the page they are on to function correctly and thus cannot be copied to other pages and still work properly.

To copy special blocks onto a different page would require you hire someone to do it. It would take some redevelopment to get page specific blocks to work on a different page.

How can i create new blocks for my new page??
