access denied

hey peeps, sorry ta be a pain , but i aint used Dolphin in a long time:

ok i have made a dummy acct to test this, ive logged into it an clicked Video then clicked the My albumes

then i get a access denied, i have went to the admin pannel for Memebership level an under Standerd

actions i selected all an clicked Enable , went back to the acct an get the same thing.. 

am i missin sumthing here its drivein me nut lol

what ya meanin Host tool ?, i aint went to my host provider yet if thats what yer meanin
