accent chars (àèìòù) in titles

Hi

I have the following problem:

Lets assume I traduced "most viewed photos" to "foto più viste"

in language file instead of ù i must put ù

this work gread trought the site, but not in <title></title>, where i get <title>foto pi&amp;&ugrave; viste</title>

thx in advance

Please try to translate it using UTF-8 encoding and put the chars using the regular way, but as html entities.
