about license

first of all pardon my english,

currently i am testing and learning dolphin 6.14 on my pc (127.0.0.1) and also using a free Dolphin_Permanent license.

so if i am going to go to public in the future, do i have to order another free license or can i used the same license?

You may use that license. Not sure of your installation, but if you registered it somehow - you can just contact marketing@boonex.com  or presale@boonex.com and have it un-registered for use on another domain. AND - your English is just fine!
