about blocks. I think that I have a new idea

I am using
Dolphin 6.1.4 + ORCA + RAY (all free)
PHP Version 5.2.6
Apache 2
MYSQL 5
www.yaree.net

The idea and query is that I want to place the profile comments block on my account page and on some other pages like the home page of my website. I want to use profile comments block as the scrap book offered by ORKUT (wow, I disclosed the secret!) 
Please tell me how to copy the block from Profiles to Accounts in Page Builder.
