a new payment source

Has anyone developed or working on a development of a MONTHLY billing source since paypal is a one time only. Could be NETBILLING, CCBILL, etc. Although ccbill will draw more $$$ to the developer since its the most respected and can be used with any site including adult. I know there was one made but i do not trust it to work since that developer has left this site

Check the market for some alternate payment options.  I know CCBill is available there.  If you're referring to the one from IgorL, he seems to still be around (and does/has worked for BoonEx).
