__item_name__ on all member menu titles and footers

__item_name__ on all member menu titles and footers (besides the lack of not getting rid of the notifications when you click on them i get this for a title on every member menu strip.. footer and title box "__item_name__"

now where do i fix this problem? in the mysql database? what field?

or in some config file? what dir/file?

is this on a custom template? or do you see the same on the uni?

its  lang string with the double underscore, its a declared value somewhere, as sashea asks, was there something changed on the template file that is mentioned or is this a custom template?

yes it was the template...

uni works and so do the free templates from the market..

only the black magic one did not work

on the user menu bar (ie dashboard) and the password entry bottom banner.

probably more places as well.. but that is what i discovered
