You don't have permission to access?

I have a working Boonex Dolphin 6.1.6 website.

I am now trying to upgrade to Dolphin 7.

I have followed all steps and everything was fine until now.

The installation was complete. I have just finished installing the Data migration from Dolphin 6.1.6.

And now I have encountered the following problem.

When I go to the following step and when I click on modules => data migration, it shows me this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Dolphin7/modules/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have absolutely no idea what I am doing wrong. My sites are hosted with Arvixe, which is Dolphin approved.

Tried everything, searched the entire Boonex site and Google search for a solution, but simply couldn't find anything that works.

Am I missing something?

Thank you.

What are the permissions set for the modules directory?  If 755 doesnt work, then try 777.  Not sure it would be safe to leave it at 777 though so after you get done, change it back.  IF you have the same probelm again, then I suppose you have to leave it at 777.  Just a guess.  I'm not sure what is causing this either.

I've tried that and it didn't help. My permissions are set right. Can you tell me what all needs to be in php.ini and .htaccess and which folders they should be in?

Per chance, are both of you hosted with Arvixe?

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
