You cannot post your comment here

I've been wanting to leave positive feedback on people's profiles that have helped me, but everytime I try, I get the following message:

"You cannot post your comment here more often then one comment in a week"

This occurs even though I've never ever made a comment before.

This happens using Opera,IE7, and Firefox

Any thoughts?

This has already been highlighted by dolphin_jay in a recent blog post.

Not sure if a solution is forthcoming.
