boonex charges you for licensing and provides support as agreed.

you keep the profits your site makes.

Boonex does not charge you for any losses it incurs in the devlopment of the software beyond your licensing fee.

You do not bill boonex for any losses you incur in the operation of the site.

That is pretty much the same agreement across the board I believe that all site owners adhere to and it's worked out pretty good.
