Is there a way that i could put a block on my users profile and they can embed a youtube video?

i saw a module that allows users to create personal blocks for their own profile - I am not sure the name or who offers it, but I hope this helps

I could just do with a block on the users profile that they can enbed a youtube video, dont want the user to upload anything!
