I have purchased the add-free license and entered the license number using advanced settings in the ACP. This hasn't removed the footer. Logging out of the site does not seem to help.
I have tried to comment out the "_footer" string in template/tmpl_uni/ _footer.html, but when I ftp it over, the changes get somehow overwritten and we are back to square one.
In my account on the boonex site, it shows under "domain" that my license hasn't been registered. Does the license have to be registered before the ads get removed from the footer?
Any help would be enormously appreciated given that this is the last hurdle before the site goes live.
