Wrong Licenses

Hi,

I'm having problems with my licenses for the RAY modules.

Dolphin Ad Free is running fine, Licenses RAY are the FREE ones..

Any suggestions?

I am using Dolphin Free v6.1.2 / Free Ray 3.5 /Orca 2.0 when i trying to register Free Ray Widgets it is showing wrong license number

I've also the problem registering the free ray widgets.

Always showing wrong license even if ı have registered on the unity page with my account.

The only thing I assume have done wrong or failed is that in the license area the ray license is given, but the domain is not showing up for the registration.

Is there any solution.

This is what i have come across on multiple occassions when running into the issue of "wrong license" error on the ray widgets. Where some will want adfree dolphin, and free ray suite, they tend to download and install the adfree package thinking it is needed to be able to run adfree dolphin. This has caused a great deal of confusion for many people on here. Dolphin and Orca are interchangeable thus you can use the free or adfree version with the free licenses or with paid licenses. The ray suite is where we get into issues. Ray requires the different set of files that "free" and "adfree" and these licenses are not interchangeable.

If you are running adfree Dolphin, but free ray, you need to install the free version of dolphin and when you apply your adfree licenses to dolphin, it will remove the ads, then you can use your free ray licenses generated in your unity account. I hope this at least helps some of you, as i have seen this repeatedly for several months. I think it is confusing to many who purchase the adfree license for dolphin, and unknowingly install the adfree version, but intend on using the free ray suite.
