I am on Windows 7 Ultimate. I am able to view videos using IE8. I cannot say for video comments since I cant get passed the freakin "connection error click OK to continue" problem.

I couldn't get it to work at all on IE, however, with firefox and safari it works fine.

Maybe your not holding your mouth right. Actually I was thinking maybe its a security setting or something. Are you using 32Bit or 64Bit Windows 7?

 What does that mean?

I'm using 64bit, on a laptop.  Same results on my desktop (works in Mozilla and safari, not IE8)

LOL. Its just a joke. nevermind.

Ok, maybe since you are using a 64Bit version of Windows7, when you go to your homepage (www.mysite.com) from there, click the little broken page symbol to the right of the address bar. This puts IE8 in "compatibility mode". Once you have done that, try to view a video and see if that works.

Ok, it seems that IE8 seems to be having problems with the .js type files. Here are a few things you can check:

In IE Click Tools>Internet Options>Programs> and then click Set Programs. Click the Associate a file type or protocol with a program. Wait for the list to load and check to see if you have an associated program for .js . It should be associated with Microsoft Windows Based Scripting Host, if its not already.

Make sure your security settings are not too high. Click Tools>Internet Options>Security and make sure that all are at:

Internet - Meduim-High

Local Intranet - Medium-Low

Trusted Site - Medium

Restricted -High

Let me know if that does anything for you.

Chris

Didn't work but I'm not sure that its a general bug verus my particular browser setup.

Well, I kinda out of suggestions. By the looks of the error, it seems that maybe there is a 64Bit issue (in bold) or something. Maybe there will be someone else on here using a 64bit version of Windows7.
