I've not cranked up the Widgets dialog box from Plugins in a while now and about an hour ago, I discovered it won't even load. All I can find on posted about Invalid Parameters and Widgets is AFTER the dialog box loads. Again, mine won't even load.
I looked at the errorlog file and it gives me this:

Permission levels are at 644 and I even tried 666 on various files but no workie. I do notice when it is trying to load, the "Loading...." icon is located in the upper left hand corner instead of the middle of the popup window for a second or two before the "Invalid Paramaters" text appears. I have been messing with a couple of the CSS files in the last week or so, but mostly the general.css. I don't think so, but do you think it's something in a css file I modified? Hmmm.
Also, I wonder if there could be some db entry in the giparam table or something it is looking for and not agreeing with?
Why would it not be able to open header.inc.php? or is that just a generic and wrong entry in the logfile probably. I know everyone would like help right away. Me too. I'm trying to get this to work to show someone Monday but I'm at a loss of what I should do. Please provide any potential idea and you will be a hero!
