Hi!
I am having an issue with my Ray Suite. When I insert my ray widget licenses, they tell me they registered successfully and I can click on the admin settings and do anything I need, but as soon as I close the ray suite window the licenses disappear and I'm given the alert "you have 10 unregistered widgets" when I return to this section.
This also happens when I change the "base settings." As soon as I close the window, they go back to being blank. Any ideas how to fix these issues? Anyone else having this problem?
