Why does Boonex allow third parties to use the Boonex name?

Just search the market for 'Boonex' and you'll see what I mean.  You get a bunch of hits for porn site templates.  I think it's tacky.   The name of the product is 'Dolphin', so call them Dolphin templates.  Boonex is the name of a company, and in my opinion, should not be used in the title of other peoples products.

Many people use boonex to signify dolphin. Don't know why. Doesn't look any confusing.

Boonex --> Company
Dolphin --> Its product
