Could someone please help me understand why is it we have to upgrade thru each release number please? For instance if you wish to go from 1.0 to 1.4 and there have been 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 in between why does one have to go thru 4 upgrades and not be able to jump from 1.0 directly to 1.4?
That is the same with all these mods too. Why is this? Is it a technical issue, cause I have never run into this except here.
