I notice that your site is powered by Dolphin 6.1.4. The issue you are having is due to a DDoS attack currently taking place against the BoonEx servers. Older versions of Dolphin (pre 7.0.1) must have a constant connnection to the BoonEx license servers to verify that the license attached to Dolphin is valid. This means that when the BoonEx servers go down, your site enters "free mode" until it can reestablish a connection. BoonEx changed this in the latest version so that the checks are less frequent, and sites are less tied to a remote server needing to be on.
