Whiteboard - Connecting

I cannot seem to find out why my Whiteboard is not connecting. All of my other flash apps are working fine. Yes I do have RMS settings correct. Anyone have any ides?

Mine wasn't installed and i just installed it from the flash application , just to let you know it does work fine for me here.
