Where to advertise

Does anybody know of a good place to advertise your network to attempt to get it started? I've gotten my site to where I want it for the most part and would like to start welcoming members.

Well you need to advertise anywhere  you can. Dependes on what your site is about, if it's about sports, join other sport forums and sites where you have a signature at the bottom and post it there. Basiclly, what ever your site is about, find similar places, socialize and let other know about it. You can also purchase traffic and do banner exchanges and hard link exchanges also. There are many other ways, these are just a few..
