Where is the ticket system?

I just destroyed my site with the upgrade.  Does anyone know what happened to the Boonex ticket system?  They will generally help with something like this.  I can't find it on this Boonex site since they did the upgrade.   Is there a hidden url for it?

Click on the main Dolphin menu item, then you'll find it in the breadcrumbs... (help)

@skyforum - thank you, but I don't see it there.  I see the "help" link, but when you go to that I don't see the ticket system anywhere - just some FAQs and instructions to go to the forum for help.  Did they get rid of it - or am I looking right at it and not seeing it?
