Where is Tech Support??

I bought the Prime License, mostly in part to gain access to the forum, expecting that once I have the ability to ASK for help, I would actually get some help. I have posted about a dozen topics and I get practically nothing back. How am I supposed to build this site, if I can't get even simple questions answered in a timely fashion?

I bought into the Dolphin hype about it being able to be customized and be all things to all people, but now it looks like my boss is just going to get fed up, and fire me for choosing it.

Where am I supposed to get tech support to get my site configured?

I'll look at some of your posts to see if there's anything I can answer.  You didn't have to buy a prime license to get access to the forums.

Yes, thank you for your attention. Yes, I understand that I did not have to buy a Prime license to gain the ability to post questions in the form, we had a few reason to go Prime. But I did "think" that the forum woud be my best bet to get things going in the right direction. Some of the answers to past questions helped, but often my specific needs didn't seem to be addressed, yet.

Boonex has these forums as a means of support. If you have a custom modification that you need done, Server tweaks ( which is the reason for the forums not working in 99% of the cases), or any other thing you need done I will be happy to assist you.
