Where do I pay for support tickets?

I just submitted a support ticket for something I couldn't figure out here on the forum.  I thought it would ask for the money after I submitted the form, but it didn't.   Is there another place I am supposed to do this?

The description says the tickets are $5 each - it used to say $1 each.   That's fine, if they really address the issues it is probably a good deal.   I would rather have a paid (but low cost) system that works than a free system that never gets responded too.  I was kinda hoping someone from Boonex would respond to this question.
