Where did my unused add free license go

Hello there maybe you can answer a question for me I was given an oppurtunity to get an add free license a few months ago for making a donation to Boonex and I was not ready to use it at the time. Now that I am ready to use it I dont see it in my back office.

First of all, you need to choose an agent - a BoonEx contact person for questions like this.

Your license is in your Unity account -> My Licenses section.
