Where are the navigatiion menu items stored

Good day to all,

I understand that I can customize the Navigation Menu via Admin>Builders>Navigation Menu

I would like to know where are the changes that I made kept?

Are they kept in a specific table within the database or are they stored in a file under the site filesÉ

They are stored in the database.

To add to this, they're under the sys_menu_top table.
