Where are the actions in membership levels in Pro?

I just downloaded and installed Dolphin Pro to test it and when I click on Settings>Membership Levels and select a level I see just a few options. Earlier Dolphin versions had many options. Where are all the options?

Only options for installed modules are listed.  When you install a module, its allow actions will get added to the membership actions list.

Ah, that is the problem. I just installed it and did not go much further.
